Not only is it a great way to workout, though it's also a very social sport with a super supportive community of welcoming like-minded individuals and great for making friends.
Although largely a venue for learning and practicing route climbing on taller walls, this newly developed climbing wall also offers bouldering and a range of classes for both adults and kids.

Located at Walton Summit, Boulder UK offers a premium dedicated bouldering venue with a variety of walls from the super steep overhanging kind and roofs to vertical problems, slabs and a great competition wall.
The venue also features an impressive training area for developing your skills further and taking them to the next level.

Flip Out Trampoline Park
Flip Out Trampoline Park is located on the outskirts of Preston city centre. The venue makes a great adrenaline filled choice for all the family, whether it's the morning, afternoon or evening. Not only does Flip Out have the biggest trampolines in the North West, they also have the biggest dedicated under 7's trampoline area and weekend family flip sessions making it a fantastic place to keep fit with the kids.

Swimming at Better Fulwood Leisure Centre or West View Leisure Centre
Locations: Fulwood and Deepdale, Preston
Both Fulwood and West View Leisure Centres are ideally located close to Preston city centre, making them easily accessible by car and public transport.
The centres offer casual swimming alongside a variety of fitness classes with pay as you options for non members. Not only are Fulwood and West View Leisure Centres great for a leisurely swim, there are also fun swims on offer too. Their 25 metre swimming pools feature six lanes with separate pools for little ones to burn off some energy.
Whether you're after some family fun or you'd like to get into shape, there is something on offer to suit everyone with both centres offering a full timetable of session choices.

Although it may not be the immediate activity which springs to mind when considering workout options, Go Karting is a great form of exercises which burns calories, helps to build muscle and can improve cardio fitness.
