UpSkilling Lancashire is a project funded by the European Social Fund.

The aim of the project is to increase the skills and capability of employees, enabling businesses to compete regionally, nationally and internationally by providing free advice and support to Lancashire based SMEs and micro businesses.

The project team assists businesses to identify, design, develop and implement work-force education and training programmes linked to the strategic needs of the business.

A dedicated member of the project team will visit your organisation to discuss your future business plans and objectives. They will also offer advice and guidance regarding the business support services available.

The project is led by the University of Central Lancashire working in partnership with Burnley College, Edge Hill University, Forest of Bowland, Lancaster and Morecambe College, Myerscough College and Preston's College.
