Preston Guild

An historic celebration, the Preston Guild is the only Guild still celebrated in the UK. The celebrations occur once every 20 years, giving birth to the phrase 'once every Preston Guild'.

The most recent Guild was celebrated in 2012 and was a great success. Boasting a deep rooted history, the celebrations have evolved considerably over the centuries and played an important role in the development of Preston as a thriving Lancashire city.

Residents, visitors, artists, businesses, athletes and performers - everyone gets involved in the Guild!
