PAD Shop and Art Gallery

The Gallery has been well utilised since its opening in March 2006 staging a continuous programme of exhibitions of both two and three dimensional art, as well as gallery specific installations. Art and Craft workshops are a regular feature offering the opportunity of learning creative skills. Seminars and meetings relating to marketing and business for creative industries are also staged at the gallery.

The Shop continues to provide an ever-changing display of local artists work in a vide variety of media, including, glass, ceramics, textiles, metals watercolours, oils and photography. The perfect place, to find the unique gift amongst inspiring object d’ arts. There is even a coffee corner to enjoy a hot drink whilst perusing the paintings on show.

Fresh on the Market provides an opportunity for artists to sell their work through a monthly Sunday Market held at the city’s renowned, outdoor market.
