The Preston Guild Hall has a comprehensive and varied programme whilst the amature groups at the Preston Playhouse always put on a good show! 53 degrees is the new state of the art student union building at The University of Central Lancashire (Uclan) and regularly hosts gigs from big named bands and DJ's.

If you prefer the silverscreen to the stage for an evenings entertainment then the the 2 multi screen cinemas are sure to have the latest hollywood blockbuster. For a more arthouse style of film fan, the Mitchell and Kenyon cinema at Uclan is certainly worth the visit.
