Deepdale
Preston has four out of town retail parks. The largest is Deepdale Retail Park situated to the North of the city centre and boasting tenants such as Borders, Argos, Boots, Clarks, Carphone Warehouse, Hobbycraft, JJB Sports, Next, Outfit, Sports World, Toys 'R' Us, W H Smith, Brantano, New Look, Mamas & Papas and Marks & Spencer. Subway, Costa Coffee and Greggs now open in food court. New River Island Store opening Summer 2008.

Capitol Centre
To the South of the city is the Capitol Centre at Walton le Dale with a mixture of leisure and retail including Rascals Party & Play Centre, Carphone Warehous,e Comet ,Currys Dunelm Mill Frankie & Benny's McDonald's Megabowl MFI, NEXT, Pizza Hut ,Virgin Active and a Vue Cinema

Corporation Street
On the edge of the city centre situated just off Ring Way is the Corporation Street Retail Park with Poundstretcher, Blockbuster and Streetwise Sports.

The Queens Retail Park
Anchored by Homebase, this is a town centre retail park with excellent visibility from the A6. Other tenants include Brunswick Shoe, Hi Q Tyres and Securicor.
