Preston has four out of town retail parks. The largest is Deepdale Retail Park situated to the North of the city centre and boasting tenants such as Borders, Argos, Boots, Clarks, Carphone Warehouse, Hobbycraft, JJB Sports, Next, Outfit, Sports World, Toys 'R' Us, W H Smith, Brantano, New Look, Mamas & Papas, River Island and Marks & Spencer. Subway, Costa Coffee and Greggs now open in food court.

Capitol Centre
To the South of the city is the Capitol Centre at Walton le Dale with a mixture of leisure and retail including Rascals Party & Play Centre, Carphone Warehous,e Comet ,Currys Dunelm Mill Frankie & Benny's McDonald's Megabowl MFI, NEXT, Pizza Hut ,Virgin Active and a Vue Cinema
