M6 jct 31. Follow slip road to roundabout at top of hill. At roundabout go straight ahead to traffic lights at Homebase. Turn left and immediately go into right-hand lane. Turn right at next set of lights. Follow signs for Avenham car park - turning right into Syke Street. Turn right again into Cross Street. Restaurant on left.

From side entrance of Preston railway station cross through to car park behind Fishergate Shopping Centre. Follow road through to Winckley Square - walks straight through park - cross road into Cross Street. Restaurant on right.
