Mrs Kirkham's

Considered by many to be the star of Lancashire cheeses, Mrs.Kirkham's has been produced on the family farm for three generations. Son Graham Kirkham now does the cheesemaking, using the flavoursome milk from the Kirkhams' own herd grazed on the naturally rich grassland, which gives this multi-awardwinner it's distinctive character..
