Francos

Francos of Longridge has been in business more than 20 years and in that time owners Luigi and Barbara have built up a loyal and regular clientele. It’s located on the outskirts of Longridge, near Preston, in a large, detached building with plenty of car parking space. Recently refurbished to a high standard, Francos has a large bar area at the front with comfortable sofas and an open fire in winter while the restaurant to the rear can accommodate up to 125 people. It’s a warm and inviting dining space with a low, beamed ceiling, stone walls bedecked with all manner of artefacts, an open kitchen and the odd statue adding a classical touch. The menu covers all the pizza and pasta staples along with plenty of a la carte mains including steaks and their signature Francos lamb. Families are very welcome and there are plenty of special deals (see below) if you are watching the pennies.
