The Barn Conference Facilities

The Barn is set amid the rolling parkland of Cuerden Valley Park, providing a relaxed venue for meetings and small conferences. As the HQ of Lancashire Wildlife Trust, it has been built to demonstrate a ‘greener’ building using natural and recycled materials. The building is heated using a woodchip boiler, rainwater is collected from the roof and the water is heated by a solar panel. A perfect venue for meetings where you can escape for a stroll in the country park at lunchtime and come back refreshed and inspired.

Road Directions

We are located minutes away from the M6, junction 29, M65 and the M61 by car. Follow the signs from the A49 or turn into Shady Lane from the Clayton Le Woods side of the park.

Public Transport Directions

Using public transport we are within easy reach of Bamber Bridge Train Station, bus routes serve the area or by using the cycle route through the Cuerden Valley Park.
