Prestons' collection of city centre bars and clubs make for a great nightlife. The Forum, Cafe Manyana, The Assembly, Yates and Fishers all serve good value lunchtime menus before transforming into trendy bars for their evening clientelle.
Many bars are dotted around Fishergate and Friargate areas, whether you enjoy a Pina Colada or a pint of real ale there will be more than enough choice. The Kuckoo bar takes its craft very seriously and serves up drinks almost too pretty to drink. For a more traditional city centre pub names such as The Black Bull, The Blue Bell and The Wellington are worth looking into.
