Improving wellbeing and boosting morale in the workplace...

Apparently 87%* of us feel stressed, yet just one in 10 of us work somewhere that offers us wellbeing programmes. With mounting awareness and support for mental health; a seismic shift is taking place. Responsibility is falling on businesses to take greater ownership of staff welfare in the workplace, to help prevent and support the wider mental ill health problem we face in the UK.

YOLO Wellbeing works with companies who recognise the importance of their employee welfare, and who want to invest in their staff. The YOLO Wellbeing experience not only helps to improve peoples physical and mental health, it also engages them, helping to boost morale and improve the wellbeing culture within the workplace.

A unique concept, YOLO Wellbeing combines massage and visual aided meditation, in a customised calm space that is mobile, and can be brought to your premises. It offers employees the opportunity to leave their desk, and the building, to experience 15 minutes of total relaxation; where on return they feel calm, refreshed and more focused.

Robert Binns, Managing Director of Cotton Court Business Centre, comments,"YOLO Wellbeing offers a completely unique way to improve workplace wellbeing and demonstrates our investment in our peoples’ welfare. The feedback from our clients and the staff at Cotton Court has far exceeded my expectations."

Lisa Gregoire-Parker, Owner of Evergreen Early Years said, “YOLO Wellbeing absolutely delivered what I expected for my staff and my business. Feedback from the team has been excellent. They all really enjoyed it and they are looking forward to their next YOLO experience.”
