Traditionally handmade farmhouse cheeses including Lancashires, Red Leicester, Double Gloucester, Cheshire, Wensleydale, Cheddar and the famous Backsticks Blue. Made in open vats to traditional recipes. Most are round, hand bound and waxed. Slowly matured and turned by hand.
