Description

Visitor Information Centre

Preston’s brand new Visitor Information Centre will open its doors at the beginning of October in time for next year’s Guild celebrations - and is set to be bigger, brighter and better than ever!

Packed with unique Preston souvenirs, our new shop is the perfect place to pick up a present or treat yourself.

Our range includes everything from postcards, key rings, magnets and mugs, to teddies, t-shirts, tea towels and stationery, alongside a selection of prints and books by local authors.

And later this year we will also unveil a range of exclusive Guild 2012 merchandise – an ideal way to commemorate England’s oldest festival in Britain’s youngest city.

Our friendly and knowledgable staff are on hand to offer advice on what not to miss in Preston, from the famous Harris Museum to the city’s beautiful parks. We can also arrange accommodation at a range of accredited hotels and B&Bs.

As if that wasn’t enough, the Centre acts as booking agent for Blackpool Grand Theatre, Preston Playhouse and The Continental – and we also offer great savings on tickets to Camelot and Blackpool Zoo.

And of course we will still have the same wide range of leaflets, brochures, transport timetables and information on Preston and further afield.

The Centre is open from 10am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. For more information or to book tickets, call 01772 253731 or email tourism@preston.gov.uk.

Whoops! The word "Heritage" is misspelled in the tab "Hertiage Trail" on the blue bar at the top....
