Idyllic and luxuriously appointed country cottage situated in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking the Ribble and Hodder valleys, 4 miles west of Clitheroe and close to the famous Stonyhurst College. Completely restored to provide an exceptionally high standard of accommodation with modern faclities whilst still retaining the character of the original 17th Century beamed cottage. Luxury bathroom includes Biojet™ whirlpool bath and shower. Cosy beamed sitting/dining room with log fire and central heating, well equipped kitchen. Alden Cottage is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings and has beautiful views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. Price includes all linen, electricity, electric heating and welcome pack. Sleeps 2 persons in double room. Short breaks available (3 days minimum). Self Catering is from £265 per week or £185.50 for a short break.

From M6 Junction 31 - Follow A59 to Clitheroe. Take B6243 towards Longridge. Turn right after Edisford Bridge Pub, take next left. Continue across crossroads and turn left after bridge. Kemple end is 1/2mile on left uphill.
